As part of its continuous growth, our client is seeking a highly qualified professional to take on the role of Project Accountant Team Lead. The position is based in South Jakarta, Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert in project accounting, defining and implementing best practices and standard procedures.
- Continuously review and enhance project accounting processes to maintain consistency and operational efficiency across regions.
- Lead and guide a team of project accountants, cultivating a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Provide hands-on coaching to strengthen team members' project accounting knowledge and skills.
- Promote a high-performance mindset and ensure accountability within the team.
- Develop and conduct training sessions and create relevant learning materials.
- Oversee the effective use of the Oracle Fusion ERP system for project accounting activities and analytical reporting.
- Partner with finance and operations leaders to resolve system issues, streamline processes, and drive adoption of best practices.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in leading project accounting teams within dynamic and complex business environments.
- Strong expertise in project accounting and financial management principles.
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion or other comparable ERP systems is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing across different functions and regions.
- Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to operate effectively in a changing and fast-evolving environment.
