Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of an emerging real estate developer whose mission is to redefine city skylines across the Philippines and innovate the real estate landscape with world-class residences. The company focuses on five key business areas: residential, commercial, office, hotel, and urban construction, to fill the need for high-quality living in the Philippines and provide high-value assets for overseas investors. Our client is seeking for a Project Development Officer, should have at least 3 years of experience in project development within the real estate industry. Must also have a strong understanding of real estate jargon's and terminologies, as well as excellent project management skills. The company is based in Taguig, Metro Manila.

Job Summary:
As a Project Development Officer, your main responsibility will be to support the PD Department in process mapping and new project development, while also monitoring and consolidating the project database.

Key Job responsibilities include:

  • Process Mapping for ERP System
  • Provision of Financial Runs
  • Market scan and gap analysis with sales and marketing
  • Revenue and budget proposition on assigned project/s
  • Regular sales and cost monitoring for project/s
  • Coordination with project consultants
  • Monitors the application and acquisition of necessary permits and licenses
  • Monitors Sales and Marketing activities
  • Monitoring the progress of on-going projects: the project timetables, budgets and quality targets through sites visits and cost monitoring

Key Job requirements include :

  • With a Bachelor's/College degree in any field
  • Should have at least 5 years of relevant work experience in the upscale Real Estate industry
  • Must have strong background in background in financials and was able to handle upscale / luxury project
  • Should have a good level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Should possess exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Should have a good level of familiarity with Real Estate jargon's and terminologies
  • Should have strong presentation skills
