Project Manager (HRIS) (Technology)|


Monroe Consulting Group is proud to assist one of our respected clients in the technology sector in their search for a Project Manager. This role plays a critical part in driving end-to-end project execution, ensuring seamless delivery of complex SaaS and enterprise implementation projects. The ideal candidate will be a strategic problem-solver with extensive experience managing cross-functional teams, optimizing delivery processes, and ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet client expectations.



Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination between internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure clear communication, alignment, and accountability.
  • Lead project governance processes, including progress reviews, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Track project health, timelines, and budgets using project management tools, identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions proactively.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including Gantt charts, reports, and escalation summaries.
  • Provide regular updates on project performance, flag potential risks or delays, and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Foster continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and optimizing delivery frameworks for scalability and efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 8+ years of relevant experience, with a strong background in project management for SaaS, technology, or enterprise implementations.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously under dynamic conditions.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, or Smartsheet).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience and ability to drive collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and results-oriented with a passion for operational excellence.
