Our highly respected client is seeking a QA Automation Specialist with at least 2 years' experience in software/ technical environment (SaaS is advantage). The job is based in Taguig, Philippines.
Job Summary:
The talented QA Automation Specialist will be responsible for ensuring deliveries meet high quality standards of the company. Using his technical know-how and sharp attention to detail, he will contribute to the best quality solutions for the company's innovative product.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Write automated User Acceptance Tests (UAT)
- Conducting functional testing on existing or new features
- Thoroughly identify, record, document and track bugs
- Contribute to the evolution of the company's QA process
- Write automation tests
- Work with the development and test team to help define, implement, and maintain quality standards
- Analyze test case failures and perform root cause analysis as appropriate
Key job requirements include:
- At least 2 years experience in a software/technical environment (SaaS is a plus)
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Have a strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
- Have hands-on experience with automated testing tools
- Knowledge in API testing
- Have a good understanding of build/deployment automation and continuous integration processes
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
- Knowledge in API testing

- Having experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
- Have experience working in an agile environment (knowledge of JIRA is a plus)
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Strong level of English
