Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a group of international hospitality casual dining brands. Our client is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality, food safety, compliance, and customer experience initiatives across a portfolio of international restaurant brands. Job Responsibilities:

  • Set QAQA Strategy-Define and lead the company's quality vision aligned with brand standards and customer expectations.
  • Develop Quality Systems-Oversee food safety (HACCPHACCP), quality frameworks, and operational SOPsSOPs across all restaurants.
  • Ensure Compliance & Brand Standards-Guarantee all outlets meet food safety, hygiene, and service quality requirements.
  • Lead Audits & Risk Management-Manage internal audits, inspections, and risk assessments to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Drive Customer-Focused Quality. Turn guest feedback into actionable improvements in food and service.
  • Team Leadership. Build and develop a skilled QAQA team across regions; promote a culture of excellence and learning.
  • Collaborate Across Departments. Work with senior leaders on projects involving supply chain, innovation, and operations.
  • Use Data to Drive Decisions. AnalyzeAnalyze QAQA metrics and customer satisfaction data to improve performance and report to stakeholders.
  • Support ESGESG Goals. Align QAQA practices with sustainability and ethical sourcing objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Hospitality, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 10-15 years'years' experience in quality leadership roles, ideally in multimulti-unit restaurant or food service operations
  • Strong background in food safety standards (HACCPHACCP, ISO 22000, FSSAIFSSAI, FDA)
  • Proven success in raising quality standards and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strategic thinker with solid business and data analysis skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
