Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a leading global producer of industrial minerals, primarily derived from calcium carbonate, dolomite, and perlite, and a worldwide distributor of specialty chemicals. With over 20 years of expertise in indenting, importing, stocking, marketing, and distributing specialty and industrial chemicals.

The company is based in Makati City, Metro Manila and offers a Hybrid work setup.

Job Summary

The Resource Capacity Lead is responsible for managing resource planning, availability, and utilization across projects and services. The role ensures optimal assignment of resources aligned with strategic priorities and delivery timelines, providing visibility on capacity con straints, forecasted needs, and optimization opportunities.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate resource capacity planning across portfolios, functions, and regions.
  • Monitor and report on resource utilization, availability, and future demand.
  • Collaborate with Portfolio and Project Managers to align resource allocation with project requirements and timelines.
  • Identify and escalate resource risks, gaps, and conflicts; propose mitigation actions.
  • Develop and maintain resource dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
  • Drive continuous improvement in resource management processes and tools.
  • Facilitate regular capacity review meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Support workforce planning by providing data-driven insights for recruitment and upskilling needs.


Key Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in an engineering or science field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in resource planning, work force management, or project portfolio management.
  • Proven experience using Resource Capacity Management or Project Portfolio Management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Planview, Clarity, MS Project).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and forecast capacity needs. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in project environments using PMBOK, Agile, or hybrid methodologies.
  • Data-driven mindset with proven ability to analyze KPIs and ServiceNow data to drive strategic portfolio improvements.
  • Self-starter with strong leadership skills, capable of taking initiative, driving results independently, and adapting quickly to changing business needs.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities, with attention to detail and a focus on execution efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to stakeholder management and problem resolution.
  • Solid understanding of project governance frameworks and compliance standards, ensuring consistency across all portfolio activities.
