Sales Account Manager

International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a well-known international company.

As the business keeps developing, our client is seeking for a talent with at least 4 years' experience of Sales in Durable Consumer Goods environment for the Account Manager position. The job is based in Ha Noi, Vietnam.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales volume by finding new distributors.
  • Visits distributors to build the strong engagement and carry out promotion campaigns.
  • Analyze client's portfolio and qualifies the accounts.
  • Pro-actively innovate and respond to market needs.
  • Support customers with product's information and technical issues.
  • Conduct market intelligence.
  • Control the level of credit, budget, product portfolios, etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Commercial or related major.
  • At least 4 years of working experience of Sales, Account Management, Business Development in Durable Consumer Goods environment.
  • Willing to travel intensively.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong commercial mindset and be problem-solvers.
  • Strong communication skills, presentation skills, interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Motivated and energetic personality, can-do attitude.
