Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting a Sales & Application Specialist on behalf of a multinational manufacturer of optical systems and optoelectronics. The role will be responsible for sales and marketing initiatives, providing sales and clinical application support, as well as customer and KOL engagement on a regular basis. This role will directly report to the Sales Manager and will cover key areas in North and South Luzon territories. Working setup is field work and office is based in BGC Taguig.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective action plan to achieve the annual target for sales
  • Develop creative sales proposals to maximize sales potential for sales accounts
  • Collect, consolidate and prepare sales, marketing reports for the management
  • Conduct trainings and product presentation to doctors, surgeons, and medical professionals.
  • Work with surgeons from patient selection and provide effective case support in operation theater for surgeons to ensure smooth application during surgeries
  • Working with internal stakeholders (Sales Manager, Product Managers, Professional Education Managers etc) on engagement plans for KOLs
  • Liaise effectively with team members and support staff for quality demonstrations and workshops
  • Conduct field work by giving assistance in installation, maintenance, and commissioning of products
  • Provide clinical application support on pre & post sales of allocated territories
  • Follow up on post-surgical patient outcomes and address any issues that may arise

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any Medical related field
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development in the medical device industry, preferably with strong preference in surgical product portfolio
  • Vast experience in doing both sales and providing clinical application support for medical devices portfolio
  • Excellent communication (oral & written) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Must be willing to do field-work and must be willing to travel on a regular basis
