Our client is seeking Sales and Customer Support with strong experience in warehouse and logistics. The job base is in Ho Chi Minh City.

Job Summary:

The Sales & Customer Support Officer is responsible for providing excellent sales and customer support services to clients in the trading chemical industry. This role involves maintaining relationships with existing customers, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. The Sales & Customer Support Officer is also responsible for coordinating with internal teams to meet customer requirements and achieve sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends,
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.
  • Monitor order status and resolve any delivery or logistical issues.
  • Track and report on sales and order-related metrics.
  • Provide technical assistance and product support to customers.
  • Assist customers with product selection and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, including contact information, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for management.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in is MUST.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer support, or a related role, preferably in the trading chemical industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of chemical products, applications, and industry regulations is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
