Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a local health and wellness company in the Philippines. Our respected client is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager with strength on digital marketing to be a pioneer in this role. The job is based in Pasig City with onsite work setup from Mondays to Saturdays, 8am to 5pm.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Expand marketing reach of the company that can contribute to increase in sales
- Develop and implement Sales and (mostly) Marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Provide Management and Leadership expertise to coordinate sales efforts.
- Ensure the team perform as per expectations and attain Sales Targets.
- Participate in meetings and conferences, prepare special quotes and respond to customers for improving sales.
- Identify customer needs and determine product pricing and discount rates.
- Supports sales by giving presentations, following up on sales leads and creating special accounts.
- Develop professional close relations and maintain regular communication with representatives, customers and internal staff.
- Represent company to promote products and programs.
Key Job qualifications include:
- Graduate of 4-year Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Advertising or related field is required.
- MBA / DBA is a plus.
- Proven track record and extensive experience in Sales and Marketing.
- Knowledge and application of a wide range of Sales and Marketing techniques and concepts.
- Enthusiastic and Creative.
- With Strong Motivation, Leadership and Team Management Skills, Strategic Planning Skills.
- Keen to details & Upper-Executive Level analysis.
- Positive work attitude that can handle pressure, adjust accordingly to situations and overcome challenges.
- Excellent English Communication and Presentation Skills.
- Willing to work in Pasig City from Mondays to Saturdays (8:00 am to 5:00 pm) - Saturday work from home schedule can be discussed upon agreement with Management
