Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Hospital Provider, they're looking for Sales & Marketing Manager with at least 7-10 years of experience. This position is located in Jambi.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to increase patient volume and revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key service offerings and create targeted marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to understand patient needs, preferences, and competitors' offerings.
- Plan and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns to promote hospital services.
- Build and maintain relationships with referring physicians, medical professionals, and healthcare networks.
- Create and manage the hospital's online presence, including the website, social media, and online directories.
- Oversee the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional videos.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and patient behavior.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
