Sales and Service Executive

Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting a Sales Executive on behalf of a leading Australian entertainment company with a legal entity in the Philippines. The role will be responsible for managing the Australian, New Zealand, and Singapore accounts and will directly report to the Customer Contact Centre Manager. The work setup is onsite and dayshift, Tuesdays to Saturdays, in Pasig City.

Duties of the role include:

  • Receiving initial guest enquiries and securing birthday party bookings.
  • Providing an exceptional booking experience with a "Service First" approach that focuses on building rapport with the guest.
  • Receiving booking change requests and identifying potential upsell opportunities.
  • Answering general enquiries and providing solutions to any issues that may arise.
  • Being a product expert regarding our available party packages and their inclusions, and recommending the best package based on the unique needs of each guest.
  • Conducting party confirmation phone calls and identifying last-minute upsell opportunities.
  • Delivering a remarkable guest experience every time with genuine enthusiasm.


Who is our ideal candidate?

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; successful candidates must be social by nature and able to chat easily with anyone.
  • Experience in sales is preferred; however, hard-sell techniques are not required for this role.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience communicating effectively with parents; experience in childcare, children's education, or similar fields will be highly regarded.
  • A real passion for creating memorable experiences for parents and children.
