Sales Executive (Data Center)


Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Multinational Electrical Products Manufacturing Company for the role of Sales Executive - Energy & Power. The job description will be as follow :
Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee local sales and business development activities for the company Energy & Power product line.
  • Achieve sales targets and adhere to the annual business plan.
  • Support the development and execution of market and product strategies.
  • Expand market presence by carrying out planned sales and marketing initiatives, while also recommending improvements to enhance company visibility.
  • Identify and pursue strategic projects, and map key stakeholders within the industry.
  • Ensure the company solutions are specified in major projects.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Understand customer requirements, prepare pricing and proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales.
  • Execute commercial agreements and ensure seamless sales fulfillment.
  • Address customer complaints by coordinating with internal departments to resolve issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction


Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Proficient in interpreting single-line diagrams and designing tailored solutions based on client needs.
  • Solid technical knowledge
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a technical or industrial environment.
  • Must own a vehicle and hold a valid driver's license.
  • Able to handle diverse and challenging situations effectively.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Determined to follow through and close deals successfully.
  • Willing to engage with customers beyond regular working hours when necessary.
