Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Multinational Electrical Products Manufacturing Company for the role of Sales Executive - Energy & Power. The job description will be as follow :
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee local sales and business development activities for the company Energy & Power product line.
- Achieve sales targets and adhere to the annual business plan.
- Support the development and execution of market and product strategies.
- Expand market presence by carrying out planned sales and marketing initiatives, while also recommending improvements to enhance company visibility.
- Identify and pursue strategic projects, and map key stakeholders within the industry.
- Ensure the company solutions are specified in major projects.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with key customers.
- Understand customer requirements, prepare pricing and proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales.
- Execute commercial agreements and ensure seamless sales fulfillment.
- Address customer complaints by coordinating with internal departments to resolve issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Proficient in interpreting single-line diagrams and designing tailored solutions based on client needs.
- Solid technical knowledge
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a technical or industrial environment.
- Must own a vehicle and hold a valid driver's license.
- Able to handle diverse and challenging situations effectively.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a results-driven mindset.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Determined to follow through and close deals successfully.
- Willing to engage with customers beyond regular working hours when necessary.
