Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of an international biotechnology company. Our respected client is seeking a Sales Executive for Life Science/Molecular Biology that will be responsible for achieving the given sales target for the assigned territory. The job is based in Pasay City, Philippines.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Meet the team and individual goals.
- Maintain sales targets with integrated sales quota planning - and analyze the actual sales pipeline against planned.
- Ensure development of a strategy for a portfolio of products.
- Identify key account customers, exploring opportunities for the product portfolio.
- Carry out 70% of the time on field visits to potential customers
- Carry out all activities as listed in the Sales and Marketing Plan including planning, preparing sales tools, and organizing presentations to targeted groups
- Expand existing customer base for the portfolio of products
- Identify leads and market potential to expand the customer base, through exploration of the market
- Maintain customer database.
- Build good rapport with customers
Job Requirements:
- At least a degree in Biotechnology, Medical Sciences, Business or related courses
- Exceptional negotiation and analytical skills paired with strong organization, self-management, and decision-making skills are key for this position
- Fluent in verbal and written communication skills in English
- Sales experience in laboratory instruments, mainly Life Science/Molecular Biology instruments
- Experience in handling government tenders is preferred
- Able to travel extensively within the country
