- Meet planned sales department goals.
- Leading 1 on 1 pipeline meeting / monthly & quarterly performance review meeting / monthly sales team meeting.
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base, increases profitability and efficiency of the sales team.
- Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends and competitors.
- Setting individual sales targets and measures (KPI) with the sales team.
- Recruit salespeople, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance.
- Distribute sales leads within the sales team.
- Good English skills.
- At least 6 years sales experience in international freight forwarding industry.
- At least 3 years Sales Manager experience in international freight forwarding industry.
- Good knowledge of Air & Ocean freight Import / Export and general logistics industry.
- Goal driven, planning and strategizing.
