Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a global leader in chemical industry. Our respected client is seeking an executive with at least 10 years of experience in Sales expertise in sealant or chemical construction for the job of Sales Manager. The position will be based in Metro, Manila, Philippines.
Job summary:
The Sales Manager is in-charge to develop & build strong projects pipeline through specification process in order generating revenue for the Company.
Key job responsibilities include:
* Responsible for getting Company's product(s) and systems specified with architects, consultants and engineers, championing focus product(s)
* To conduct weekly presentation to architect, civil engineering consultants, interior development, building refurbishment
* Responsible for building, maintaining, and improving relationships with all existing and new stakeholders (developers, architects/consultants/engineers, general contractors, sub and specialty contractors and distributors)
* Working closely with Marketing team for implementing series of marketing campaign, seminars in private and government sectors
* Working closely with sales team to ensure specified projects being remained/unchanged until order is secured
Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor Degree in Civil - Architects and/or has technical building material background
* Minimum 2 years in building material specification and/or as a sales engineer
* Networking in building material industry, not limited in architect consultant, contractor or developer
* Good interpersonal skills, negotiation & communication skill
* Proficiency in Public Speaking
* Experienced in and able to draw up solid Business Development strategies
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office application - Excel, Word and Power Point
* Highly motivated person with strong drive to succeed and able to work independently with minimum supervision
