This job is located in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role drives sales growth through innovative strategies, market insights, and strong partner relationships while maintaining a keen eye on performance and customer satisfaction with the detailed description and requirements as follows:

Job Description:

  • Drive sales growth, exceeding annual revenue targets by adapting to market dynamics and emerging opportunities.
  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to reach key demographics.
  • Articulate our value proposition through persuasive presentations.
  • Support sales associates in lead generation.
  • Provide insights on market trends and opportunities for product expansion.
  • Deliver accurate sales and revenue reports to management.
  • Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline.

Job Qualifications:

  • Possess an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Previous retail, e-commerce, and travel industry experience preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of Sales Management experience; Digital Marketing knowledge is a plus.
  • Build and nurture executive-level partner relationships.
  • Highly preferred if you have a sales portfolio in Digital, SEO, and SEM and agency collaborations.
  • Excel in communication, tech-savviness, and project management.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and emotional intelligence in a fast-paced startup environment.
