Sales Manager - Wheel Loader (Heavy Equipment)
Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a multinational heavy equipment company in Indonesia. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least five years of experience as Sales Manager from multinational heavy equipment manufacturing or distributing company, to fill the job of Sales Manager. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Directly report to the General Manager of the Sales Department.
- Penetrate various sectors in search of projects and opportunities.
- Develop relationships with customers and develop various channels.
- Develop relationships with local authorities.
- Develop relationships with key players in private companies.
- Manage opportunities and quotations
- Bachelor Degree or higher education level in engineering or economy/ business
- Minimum 5 years of relevant managerial work experience in selling reputable wheel loader product
- Having strong networking in all areas in Indonesia
- Mastering to speak and write English
- Proven leadership ability
- Strong consumer and product awareness
- Good organisational and planning skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects at one time
- Willing to be a single contributor
- Willing to do business trips all around Indonesia
