Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a multinational FMCG companies. Our respected client is seeking a Sales Supervisor who will focus on general trade and distribution.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily activities of the team members
- Conducts prospecting of new potential clients
- Conducts market research
- Creates plans to maximize sales opportunities in areas assigned
- Summarizes and consolidates all the sales reports from the team
- Monitors stocks in distribution outlets
- Attend to customer complaints and queries
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Will handle areas within Cagayan De Oro and nearby areas
Job Requirements
- A graduate of bachelor's degree in business administration or any other related courses
- With 4 years sales experience in an FMCG company
- With experience in distributorship management
- Willing to do field work
- With excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- With excellent sales acumen
- Willing to be assigned in CDO
