Job Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily activities of the team members
* Conducts prospecting of new potential clients
* Conducts market research
* Creates plans to maximize sales opportunities in areas assigned
* Summarizes and consolidates all the sales reports from the team
* Monitors stocks in distribution outlets
* Attend to customer complaints and queries
* Performs other related duties as assigned
* Will handle areas within Visayas
Job Requirements
* A graduate of bachelor's degree in business administration or any other related courses
* With 4 years sales experience in an FMCG company
* With experience in distributorship management
* Willing to do field work
* With excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* With excellent sales acumen
* Willing to be assigned anywhere in Visayas
