Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize lead generation campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
- Write or direct compelling and emotionally resonant copy that inspires trust and action
- Create high-performing ad creatives, headlines, and landing pages optimized for conversions
- Manage and test different audience segments, campaign objectives, hooks, and content angles
- Build and manage funnels and lead forms to capture, qualify, and nurture prospects
- Conduct weekly reporting on ad performance with insights and next-step recommendations
- Stay updated on the latest Meta Ads Manager features, rules, and trends
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, content, operations) to ensure smooth lead handoff and conversion alignment
- Own and manage a campaign calendar that supports broader marketing goals and seasonal strategies
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience running Facebook/Instagram ads with a focus on lead generation
- Excellent Mandarin writing and storytelling skills is a MUST (ads must engage a Mandarin-speaking audience)
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-converting ads, emails, and landing pages is required
- Demonstrated ability to write persuasive, emotionally engaging copy that builds trust and converts
- Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, including CAPI setup, campaign structure, funnel design, and A/B testing
- Solid understanding of digital ad content formats and policies for Meta platforms
- Highly data-literate - able to turn insights into content and campaign optimizations
- Performance-oriented mindset - thrives under KPIs like CPL, lead quality, and ROI
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-accountability environments where outcomes matter
- Bonus: Skills in photo and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work independently and meet deadlines
