Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Malaysia is recruiting on behalf of a global MNC in the rubber thread industry. Currently, they are in search of a Senior Export Sales & Marketing Executive with a minimum of 3 years' related experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Head/Sales manager in all sales and market research activities.
- Formulate and implement marketing plans and develop new business opportunities and market niches.
- Assist in preparing various sales and market reports.
- Co-ordinate and work across functional departments to ensure smooth sales operations and meeting of customers' requirements.
- Attend to customers for all sales related matters (prepare quotation, sales processing, arrange sample/delivery, follow up payments, attend to quality complaints and follow up pending sales related issues, etc.).
- Knowledge of Letter of Credit, Incoterms, DA, DP, DDU, DDP CAD, etc; is compulsory.
- Perform ad-hoc assignments when required.
- Able to travel abroad on business trips is compulsory as and when required by the company.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of a diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing/ sales/ mass communication/ business administration or equivalent qualification
- Familiar and knowledgeable of international/ export trades with minimum 3 years' related experience.
- Good command of written and spoken Mandarin is a MUST.
- Excellent communication and business development skill.
- A self-motivated team player that is result oriented with high level of commitment.
