Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group's Technology Division is partnering with a leading travel and lifestyle company in Asia Pacific. Our esteemed client is seeking an experienced professional to be their Senior Manager, Data Scientist to lead thier data team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of data scientists and analysts to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Develop and implement advanced analytics and machine learning models to optimize business operations, enhance customer experience, and drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, marketing, finance, and operations to identify opportunities and solve complex business problems.
Manage end-to-end data projects from data collection and cleansing to model development and deployment.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data science and analytics to continuously improve team capabilities and processes.
Present insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Proven experience in leading and managing data science teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, with experience in data manipulation and machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
Solid understanding of statistical analysis, experimental design, and data visualization techniques.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into business recommendations.
Experience in the travel, aviation, or e-commerce industry is a plus.
Certification in data science or machine learning (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics, Google Professional Data Engineer) is advantageous.
