Senior Product Manager (Telecommunication)

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Multinational Telecommunication Company for the role of Senior Product Manager with at least 10 - 15 years experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the comprehensive marketing program throughout the entire product lifecycle.
  • Manage the marketing lifecycle of our FTTX portfolio, overseeing launch, retirement, and diversification.
  • Drive product unit costing, market development strategy, and go-to-market plans in collaboration with our customers.
  • Ensure that our FTTX marketing solutions consistently align with evolving market demands and customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with ISP and anchor customers, as well as internal engineering teams, to identify opportunities for new service offerings in the Enterprise/Home broadband solution space.
  • Partner closely with vendors to explore and integrate innovative technologies into our portfolio.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to launch and promote new services to our ISP customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for co-marketing programs with our ISP customers.
  • Understand end customer needs, pain points, and business objectives in conjunction with our primary anchor FTTx partners.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions and maintain a deep understanding of changing market dynamics.
  • Perform thorough market gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Translate customer feedback and market insights into actionable product development initiatives.
  • Implement strategies to increase Average Revenue Per User for both customers and the company.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within our FTTX portfolio.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment and success in product delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with ISP product marketing teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate on creating compelling product messaging, positioning, and sales collateral.
  • Support product launches with targeted marketing campaigns to drive awareness and adoption.
  • Monitor and analyze the success of go-to-market activities, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in product management of telecom networking services.
  • Strong understanding of FTTX technologies, broadband solutions, and market trends.
  • Good knowledge of end-user-driven applications riding on WAN/Access services.
  • Proficient in working/partnering with ISP/Technology/Software partners to jointly offer differentiated solutions in the market.
  • Proven experience in prioritizing development activities, writing requirements, and producing continual product improvements.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and launching new service offerings.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • A continuous drive to solve complex problems, move projects to completion, and gather feedback from customers.
