Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and other methods.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners. Provide technical support and expertise to customers, sales teams, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations of products and services to customers and sales teams.
  • Collaborate with other internal teams, including engineering, production, and marketing, to ensure customer satisfaction and support business growth.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to stay current on industry trends and developments.
  • Generate and maintain accurate and up-to-date sales and customer information in the company's CRM.
  • Coordinate and expedite inter-departmental and intra-departmental communication and flow of work

Job Requirements

  • Extensive experience in industrial B2B sales.
  • Sales experience in industrial equipment or similar industrial B2B sales will be a plus.
  • Strong technical knowledge of industrial tooling and equipment products and services. Experience with international sales and working with customers in different regions around the world.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated accomplishments in customer-focused problem-solving.
  • Detail-orientated and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel as required. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
