Senior Sales Specialist

Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a multinational medical device company. Our respected client is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist who will be responsible for meeting or exceeding quarterly sales quota for the defined area through effective sales planning, strategic selling, building and maintaining professional relationship with key customers and KOL's. Area of coverage is within Metro Manila. Office is based in Quezon City and role is in a field set up and onsite work setup.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Maintain a monthly and quarterly territory plan that outline territory sales objectives and areas of vulnerability.
  • Partner with Clinical Medical Affairs to deliver outstanding clinical and training support to ensure physicians quickly become clinically independent.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and KOLs within defined area.
  • Partner closely with the Line manager, Sales team, and Marketing team to identify and prioritize customers for higher-level corporate relationships.
  • Partner with the Country Manager and Finance team to ensure all required sales reporting forms are completed and submitted on time.
  • Provide support for the resolution of product complaints and/or safety issues.
  • Authority regulations, including strict compliance with Company's Customer Relationship policies.
  • Maintain a professional and credible image with key physicians, consultants, suppliers, and teammates.

Key job qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree of any course
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in medical device industry
  • Experience in vascular access and interventional access is highly preferred
  • Experienced selling to hospital, surgical centers and clinics within Metro Manila
  • A good understanding of the medical consumable industry, and vascular and Interventional field
  • Strong network with local specialty doctors (Cardiologists or Surgeons) or in the same field is highly desired
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a broad spectrum of people having varying backgrounds, education and experience
  • Strong capability to open new accounts and service customers.
  • Independent, highly self-motivated and result driven.
