Our respected client is seeking a seasoned engineer with 10-15 years of solid experience as a IT Site Manager to own site IT operations and customer experience for a single, critical manufacturing facility with production support needs that may include off-hours coverage. improvement. Job Summary:

  • The IT Site Manager leads day-to-day technology operations and service delivery for AE's Cavite factory-a high importance manufacturing environment spanning office, production, and lab/test areas. This people-first leader ownssite availability, performance, and security across endpoints, network/Wi-Fi, identity/access, collaboration, and plant-floor compute. The role partners closely with Operations, EHS, Quality, Facilities, and central IT towers to plan safe changes, protect production takt, and execute site projects.

Key job responsibilities include:.

  • Lead and develop the local site support team; set schedules, performance expectations, coaching, and career development; scale staffing as business needs grow.
  • Establish strong service operations using ITSM (Ivanti ISM/ServiceNow): drive SLA/OLA attainment, aging control, VIP/executive support, and clear incident/maintenance communications.
  • Plan and execute change via CAB: define MOPs, back-out plans, and blackout windows to avoid unplanned downtime in production areas.
  • Oversee endpoint lifecycle & compliance using Tanium/Intune/GPO (patching, configuration, encryption, EDR); manage privileged elevation/LAPS as needed.
  • Coordinate with Network Engineering on LAN/Wi-Fi/SD-WAN and firewall posture (Cisco ASA/Firepower), NAC/802.1X with Cisco ISE, and guest networks; lead floor walks and rapid incident triage.
  • Maintain identity & access hygiene with Active Directory / Entra ID and MFA; ensure join/hybrid-join health and periodic access reviews.
  • Support plant-floor compute (test stations, labs) and connectivity; partner with Manufacturing/Engineering on robust workstation builds and reliable Wi-Fi in dense areas.
  • Track site metrics (CSAT, MTTR, ticket volume, patch coverage, compliance) and drive continuous improvement based on incident/problem trends.
  • Own vendor engagement & SOWs (break/fix, cabling, A/V, carriers); manage spares, warranties, and RMA.
  • Manage site IT budget (OpEx/CapEx) and asset/CMDB accuracy.
  • Lead/support projects (new lines, expansions, relocations, acquisitions) delivering to scope/schedule/budget/security standards.
  • Champion audit & safety readiness (e.g., SOX; alignment with ISO 14001/45001 alongside EHS); ensure safe change execution in production areas.
  • Contribute to business continuity & incident response (e.g., power/network events): maintain runbooks, communications, and recovery testing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in IT/CS or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years progressive IT experience including 3+ years in site support/operations within a manufacturing environment; 2+ years leading people/teams.
  • Excellent communication across production floor through executive stakeholders; English required; Filipino/Tagalog strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on with Windows (client/server) and macOS; Microsoft 365/Teams; AD/Entra ID + MFA; endpoint & patch management (Tanium, Intune, GPO).
  • Working knowledge of campus networking and security: Cisco switching/Wi-Fi, Cisco ASA/Firepower, SD-WAN, NAC/802.1X (Cisco ISE), and SolarWinds monitoring.
  • Strong ITSM discipline (Incident/Request/Problem/Change/Knowledge) using Ivanti ISM and/or ServiceNow; demonstrated CAB/change planning in production environments.
  • Proven vendor, budget, and project management with measurable outcomes; availability for after-hours/weekend maintenance windows as needed


ITILĀ® 4 Foundation; Microsoft AZ-104/MD-102; Cisco CCNA/CCNP; CompTIA Security+ (or equivalent).

  • Experience with privilege elevation tools (e.g., CyberArk) and LAPS.
  • Familiarity with MES/test stations and OT/IT collaboration in high-mix, high-throughput manufacturing.
