Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of one of the Pharmaceutical Principle Companies in Indonesia. Our respected client is seeking a Sr. Engineering Manager. The job is based in Cikarang.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the engineering team, providing strategic direction and guidance to meet the company's objectives in pharmaceutical manufacturing and processes.
  • Develop and implement engineering strategies that optimize production processes, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute the design, construction, and maintenance of pharmaceutical production facilities and equipment.
  • Manage engineering budgets and allocate resources to projects, ensuring efficient utilization and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations and standards, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and lead efforts to maintain a high level of quality and safety.
  • Mentor and develop engineering talent, providing technical expertise, guidance, and support to team members.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within engineering processes and procedures to enhance overall productivity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Extensive experience in engineering management within the pharmaceutical industry, including experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of leading engineering teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and industry-specific requirements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation for engineering projects.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a history of successful project execution and continuous improvement in pharmaceutical engineering processes.
