Sr. HR Manager

Monroe Consulting Group, an executive search firm, is hiring on behalf of a leading dialysis provider offering comprehensive kidney-care services from hemodialysis to technician training and clinical research, while emphasizing quality, low cost, and improved patient experience across clinics in Asia. Our client is seeking a Senior HR Manager who will drive strategic growth by developing and implementing innovative approaches. This role is based in Makati with an onsite work arrangement.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager to lead our human resources and organizational development initiatives across multiple companies under one business line, supporting a workforce of 500+ employees. This role is critical in shaping and sustaining a high-performance culture that drives employee engagement, operational excellence, and business growth. The Senior HR Manager will collaborate closely with executive leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals and ensure consistent implementation across all entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee HR strategies, policies, and programs that support business objectives and foster a culture of performance and accountability.
  • Lead talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and retention strategies across multiple companies.
  • Drive organizational development initiatives such as employee engagement programs, performance management, leadership development, and training.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, maintaining consistent HR practices across all companies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and department heads on HR matters, organizational design, and change management.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits strategies to ensure competitiveness and alignment with the company's business goals.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
  • Champion a positive work environment that reflects the organization's values and encourages diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team to achieve operational excellence and professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-SCP) is an advantage.
  • Educational background from a top university is an advantage.
  • At least 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
  • Strong background in organizational development, change management, and employee engagement.
  • Proven ability to manage HR operations supporting 500+ employees across multiple companies within a single business line.
  • Excellent understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
