Job Summary:

Our respected client is seeking an experienced Account Manager of the highest professional standing and a background in business-to-business sales for the job of Strategic Account Manager.

The Strategic Account Manager is expected to build strong business relationships with clients and ensure their long-term success. The job is in Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines, and offers Hybrid flexibility but is mostly WFH.

Key job responsibilities:

  • Act as the lead point of contact for all account related matters
  • Establish and maintain a strong and long-lasting business relationships with clients
  • Identify and grow opportunities within the assigned region
  • Initiate regular communications with prospects and existing clients while successfully presenting features and benefits of products / services
  • Effectively diagnose the suppliers' needs & be able to provide specific & strategic recommendations on how issues may be resolved or how their business can further grow
  • Provide timely market & customer feedback to support the business development activities
  • Conduct account performance review and assist in onboarding

Key job requirements:

  • Has at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in any field
  • Has 1-3 years of Business-to-Business sales experience
  • Has at least 1 year of proven experience in account management
  • Having exposure in the field IT Software Solutions industry is a must
  • Has the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the
  • organization
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Energetic and determined
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent phone skills
