Our respected client is seeking an experienced Account Manager of the highest professional standing and a background in business-to-business sales for the job of Strategic Account Manager.
The Strategic Account Manager is expected to build strong business relationships with clients and ensure their long-term success. The job is in Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines, and offers Hybrid flexibility but is mostly WFH.
Key job responsibilities:
- Act as the lead point of contact for all account related matters
- Establish and maintain a strong and long-lasting business relationships with clients
- Identify and grow opportunities within the assigned region
- Initiate regular communications with prospects and existing clients while successfully presenting features and benefits of products / services
- Effectively diagnose the suppliers' needs & be able to provide specific & strategic recommendations on how issues may be resolved or how their business can further grow
- Provide timely market & customer feedback to support the business development activities
- Conduct account performance review and assist in onboarding
Key job requirements:
- Has at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in any field
- Has 1-3 years of Business-to-Business sales experience
- Has at least 1 year of proven experience in account management
- Having exposure in the field IT Software Solutions industry is a must
- Has the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Energetic and determined
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent phone skills
