Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting a Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Manager on behalf of our esteemed client, a Notable Consulting Firm based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans aligned with business objectives.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with Partners and prioritize talent pipelines.
- Lead and mentor a small recruitment team (as applicable).
- Identify and implement best practices to improve hiring processes and candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand through job marketing, partnerships, and outreach.
- Leverage data and recruitment analytics to drive decisions and report on key metrics.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and internal hiring policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (7+ years) in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, interview frameworks, and talent market trends.
- Experience hiring for consulting or professional services industries is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple hiring projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, and recruitment marketing tools.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
