Job Description :
Manager Enablement & Accountability
- Develop toolkits and training (e.g., Managing in Manufacturing, Coaching for Shift Leads) to build manager capability. Embed talent KPIs into scorecards, facilitate quarterly talent forums, and promote accountability in talent development.
Talent Infrastructure & Succession
- Lead talent reviews, maintain readiness maps and risk dashboards, and drive succession planning. Collaborate with TA and Operations to forecast talent needs and enable internal mobility across functions and sites.
Learning Strategy & Execution
- Design modular learning programs across technical, leadership, and compliance areas. Ensure audit-ready training records via LMS adoption and track impact through performance and retention metrics.
Culture & Performance Activation
- Integrate learning into lean, safety, and quality efforts. Drive performance calibration, cascade leadership messaging, and design recognition programs to promote desired culture and behaviors.
Stakeholder Engagement & Change Leadership
- Advise leaders on talent strategy, manage change for new systems, and align local processes with global COEs and compliance requirements.
Job Requirements :
- Experience: 10+ years in HR or Talent Management, including 5+ years in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Engineering, or a related field
- Skills: Proficient in LMS, talent analytics, instructional design, and succession planning
- Strengths: Strong strategic mindset, stakeholder engagement, operational discipline, and adaptability to change
- Languages: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; effective communicator at all organizational levels
