Key Job Responsibilities
- Translate the company's vision into robust, scalable, and innovative software solutions.
- Lead our core platform's design, development, and deployment while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- build, inspire and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
- Establish and enforce best practices in coding, architecture, security and DevOps for a strong technical foundation.
- Balance hands-on coding with strategic technical leadership to establish rapid product development and iteration.
Key Job Qualification:
- At least 5 years of proven experience as a full-stack engineer or technical lead in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Expertise in (or strong familiarity with):
- Frontend: Vue.js, Next.js, and similar modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Backend: Node.js, Express, or equivalent server-side technologies
- Database & Infrastructure: PostgreSQL, Hasura, NHost, or similar relational and GraphQL-based plastforms
- Authentication: Clerk, or comparable auth services
- Devops & Deployment: Git, Vercel, CI/CD Pipelines, and related tooling.
