Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading provider of chemical dosing and transfer equipment. Our client is looking for Sales Engineer to drive business development in Indonesia, with a strong focus on the Oil & Gas sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and support local channel partners.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, system integrators, and end users to expand the Power & Energy business in Indonesia.
- Focus on selling chemical dosing and transfer equipment/systems within the Indonesian market.
- Identify new sales opportunities and potential clients in the Oil & Gas sectors.
- Maintain existing customer relationships and actively pursue new clients.
- Build strong customer connections to identify and manage key accounts.
- Gather and analyze data on competitor products and market positioning.
- Prepare and deliver presentations that clearly highlight the benefits of our solutions.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and updates.
- Address service requests and perform troubleshooting for product issues when necessary.
- Offer technical guidance and support to customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical).
- At least 3 years of relevant industry experience.
- Background in sales within the Oil & Gas sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Highly motivated and goal driven.
