Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Malaysia is recruiting on behalf of a leading provider of medical devices and life science equipment across Asia. Our distinguished client is looking for an experienced Technical Service Engineer to deliver support to provide on-site support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for medical equipment and systems both locally and regionally.
Job Responsibilities:
- Offer on-site technical support post-sales to designated clients, addressing troubleshooting needs and ensuring optimal system performance.
- Execute on-site installations, validations, and provide customer training on equipment/systems.
- Identify and resolve hardware and software issues with equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and calibration tasks for equipment.
- Develop and execute service plans and contracts as necessary to present to customers.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and new developments.
- Ensure efficient and effective completion of assigned tasks, prioritizing customer support.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance product development and bolster customer satisfaction.
- Provide assistance to the company with miscellaneous tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Experienced in operating Liquid Chromatography, Gas Chromatography, and advanced analysis equipment like failure analysis tools.
- Possesses understanding of 3-MCPD and MOSH (Mineral Oil Saturated Hydrocarbons) / MOAH (Mineral Oil Aromatic Carbons).
- Communication skills, both verbal and written, are articulate, courteous, and punctual.
- Ability to travel domestically and to ASEAN nations.
