Technical Support Representative

Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a leading Video AIoT Solutions and Services Provider.

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Technical Support Representative who will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of the company's products and services.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage all technical aspects during the distribution or projects of Hikvision products;
  • Provide products demo, service, maintenance, and upgrades for customers;
  • Create, manage and contribute to technical support guides and supporting troubleshooting documentation as needed;
  • Provide product and solution training for customers and users;
  • Responsible for project management and project delivery;
  • Other job related to technical issues


Key Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or above degree in computer science, electronics, telecommunications, or information systems is preferred. Fluent in English.
  • At least 2 years' experience in technical support, familiar with security products; CCTV, Biometrics, Access Control, Fdas, and networks configuration and Turnstile.
  • Solid knowledge and technical skills in computer science, electronics, telecommunications, or information systems;
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; customer service skills and awareness.; work well under pressure.
