Our client, an esteemed training solutions provider in Vietnam, is in search of a driven and proficient Training Content Specialist. The role entails the development of comprehensive training materials encompassing various business, management, and soft skills topics.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a candidate with experience in designing and developing training content for corporate settings. The role involves building and designing training materials to meet the company's needs. Proficiency in delivering business training programs is also required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Attend meetings with sales team and trainers to understand client expectations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and training requirements by attending events.
- Collaborate with sales department to develop course outlines and training requirements.
- Research and incorporate new content into upcoming courses based on feedback.
- Revise course content based on course outline and share with trainers.
- Delegate material development projects when necessary and follow up.
- Coordinate with trainers for advice, feedback, and course requirements.
- Collaborate with administration team for course preparation tasks.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in Training & Development.
- Experience in designing and delivering business training programs in Vietnam.
- Skilled in creating training content/materials for corporate clients.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese (speaking and writing).
- Detail-oriented and interactive.
- Strong ability to meet deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
