Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of the leading provider of regulatory digital compliance products and software validation & testing services for the life sciences industry. Our respected client is currently seeking a Veeva Vault RIM Consultant who will be based in Makati City but will currently be on a temporary WFH arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads project development and implementation of the R&D and Quality cloud, which includes Vault RIM, Vault Quality, Vault Safety, Vault Clinical.
- Ability to deliver more strategic consulting support during the system selection, configuration, and implementation, through process definition and setup, down to business and system administration, data entry, data reconciliation, migration, etc.
- Leads client process analysis engagements, augment alignment within the customer user groups, and collaborates with the implementation team and/or Veeva product team engaged with Vault RIM and Vault Safety implementation project.
- Coordinates with the Veeva implementation team across defined workstreams including solution design and configuration phases, systems integration, data migration, validation, and training.
- Provides strategy on integrations, both data, and content.
- Ensures support and delivery of data/content migration.
- Escalates recommendations to clients and/or implementation team for improvement in business processes, system configuration, and development of user requirements to address business vision.
- High-level domain knowledge about business processes and requirements.
- Initiates operational Change Management or supported cross-functional change management programs.
- Ensures compliance with all relevant GxP and QM requirements.
- Provides support in the development and/or review of procedures, SOP, and other relevant documents.
Key Qualifications:
- Relevant Bachelor's degree in science preferably with experience in Life Sciences Industry
- Minimum of 5 years experience in business processes and requirements, Vault RIM, Vault Quality, Vault Safety, Vault Clinical in Life Sciences industry.
- Experience in managing diverse stakeholders and ensuring delivery to a high-performance team.
- Consulting experience, working with a major software developer/vendor or process management consulting group.
- Advanced degrees may compensate for the required experience stated above.
- With sufficient knowledge of spoken and written English.
