Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is partnering up with one of the hyper-growth technology company in Indonesia. They are currently looking for a VP of Corporate Strategy to lead the team to drive the company's business growth. This job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Job responsibilities:
- Creating business key plan and strategy in order to grow the business.
- Providing the strategic plan on how to expand the business and create a new business that would be suitable with market's needs.
- Lead the research team and keeping up with the current market trends to identify a new business opportunity.
- Managing end to end project with the team to deliver great business result.
- Working with other stakeholders and actively giving them recommendations on company's long and short term business strategy based on data or market trends.
Job requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of working experience in strategic role coming from technology company and management consulting.
- Ability to spot the trends in the market from the view of data and convert it to a business plan.
- Extensive experience in managing end to end business strategic project, from planning to executing it.
- Great in people development skills. Must have a lead a team before.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, must know how to build a good relationship with all the stakeholders.
- Experienced in leading a business discussion with all the C-level executives and the team.
- Fluent in English.
