Hi, I'm Paul and I'm the Head of Customer Success. My role is to ensure we, as a business, find solutions to any of the pain points our partners may have. To achieve this, we start by ensuring our own business is ready to assist, by getting to know our partners deeply and then endeavour to forecast potential problems before they arise.
I've had a varied early career from insurance, to music, but the real longevity has been in staffing and more specifically, client services and customer success. I've been lucky to have spent many years working in different parts of the globe: Ireland, the USA, the Middle East, and now in the UK. In 2022, over 4 years through the pandemic, I achieved an honours BSc in Management of IT and Information Services from DCU in Ireland.
I'm a problem solver, it's what I love to do in all parts of life; I get a real kick out of finding a solution to a problem, no matter how small or large.
I'm a big sports fan, anything with a ball! I love to spend time with my family, and holidays to the USA are usually not too far away!!
