Store is based in Cebu City and work set up is Onsite. Key job responsibilities include: * Welcome, assist, and engage customers to create a unique shopping experience. * Understand customer needs and provide personalized advice on luxury products. * Contribute to store goals and maintain CRM data for future contact and client development. * Ensure compliance with sales procedures and visual merchandising. * Handle after-sales service and inquiries proactively. * Participate in training to enhance product knowledge and selling skills. Our respected client is looking for a Store Manager to face of the store, ensure the store's sales, build strong client relationship and manage the team. The work setup is onsite. Branch is in Solaire, Parañaque City, with shifting schedule and 6 days work week schedule. Key job responsibilities include: Drive store performance through KPI management and achieving sales targets. Plan and execute in-store activities and store events. Act as a brand ambassador, strengthening relationships with VIP clients and attracting new customers. Proactively build and grow the VIP client base. Be the face of the store, embodying the brand identity. Demonstrate expertise in strategy, sales, and KPIs. Manage staff effectively for a positive work environment and goal alignment.
