Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a company that has established its roots in the specialty coffee retail industry and has since diversified into food & beverage related retail, distribution, and services. The company is looking for an Accounting Supervisor with a background working in F&B companies. This role is also open for non-CPA candidates.
The Accounting Supervisor supports the day-to-day accounting operations of Table Group by ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial transactions and reporting. This role supervises accounting staff, oversees key accounting functions, and assists in maintaining financial integrity through proper monitoring, analysis, and implementation of accounting policies and procedures. The position plays a hands-on role in month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting within a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
- Supervise daily accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Cash Management
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and schedules
- Support the month-end and year-end closing process, including reconciliations and variance analysis
- Monitor accounting data and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
- Maintain and enforce proper accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls aligned with company standards
- Assist in audit preparation and coordinate required documentation for internal and external audits
- Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports prepared by team members
- Support budgeting, cash forecasting, and expense monitoring activities
- Recommend process improvements and assist in streamlining accounting workflows
- Maintain organized fiscal records and documentation for all financial transactions
- Provide guidance and supervision to accounting staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
