Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a prominent financial conglomerate. This company operates a diverse array of subsidiary units specializing in financial services, including life and non-life insurance, insurance brokerage, and various investment offerings. You will be responsible for playing a pivotal role in managing the entire company's subsidiary units' investment performance, reviewing financial performance, designing investment strategic plans to leverage portfolio to achieve the target and revenue as set, leading fund-raising projects, overseeing investor relation function by performing press conferences and maintaining good relationship with investors. Lastly, this person is also needed to have comprehensive knowledge of financial and insurance market.


Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the subsidiaries in the group to carry out the business plan assigned by the parent company.
  • Follow performance comparison with business plan performance assessment financial status analysis and supervising the operation of the subsidiary in accordance with the relevant policy.
  • Manage the subsidiary companies within the group to operate according to the business plan assigned by the holding company. Monitor the status of operations, compare them with the business plan, evaluate performance, analyze financial status, and oversee the operations of the subsidiary companies to ensure compliance with relevant policies.
  • Responsible for planning, analyzing, and identifying the company's financial needs to support investments. Cost of use management and dividend payment of the company
  • Responsible for planning, analyzing, and specifying the financial needs of the company to support investments, operational expenses, and dividend payments.
  • Responsible for coordinating and managing the relationship between the Company and financial institutions.
  • Responsible for coordinating and managing relationships between the company and various financial institutions.
  • Responsible for providing the most suitable source of financing for the company, such as short/long term loans from financial institutions. Issuance/capital increase receiving dividends from subsidiaries/associated companies securitization or use capital market tools suitable for the company.
  • Responsible for sourcing the most suitable funding for the company, such as short-term/long-term loans from financial institutions, issuing bonds/equity, receiving dividends from subsidiaries/joint ventures, converting assets into capital, or utilizing financial instruments in the market that are suitable for the company.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on portfolio performance and financial outlook. Also, collaborate with executives, board members, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall business goals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, CFA, or similar) is preferred.
  • Proven experience in asset management and financial planning, with multiple years in a leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and risk management principles.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
  • A track record of success in optimizing portfolio performance and achieving financial targets.
