Executive recruitment Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a premier fast-food chain. Our respective client is looking for an Assistant Brand Manager whose role is to aid the Senior Brand Manager in the overall management of the assigned product categories and the achievement of sales and brand objectives. This position is on temporary work-from-home, will be reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, and is located in Pasig, Metro Manila.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other teams for research and development, executing and monitoring integrated marketing campaigns
  • Assists in the advancement of marketing programs and projects to launch new products and in tapping potential market opportunities
  • Aligns with various suppliers, creative agencies and assigned Marketing Assistant on the development and execution of marketing and promotional materials both for new and existing products to ensure completeness of materials and timeliness of launches
  • Assists in creating a strategic business plan for the assigned product category
  • Gathers reports on competitor pricing and product/service performance

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management or any related course.
  • At least 2 years work experience in brand management working in an FMCG (preferably Food &Beverage) or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand
  • Has led development and launch of new products/variants or other forms of product innovations
  • Has led development and launch of Integrated Marketing Campaigns covering Above-the-Line (i.e, TV, Radio, Print) and Below-the-Line platforms (i.e., Digital, Out-of-Home ads, PR, Events)
  • Has good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be willing to work in Pasig City
  • With organizational, strategic, technical, and leadership competencies.
  • Good economic understanding and industry insight (good customer and market orientation)
  • Distinctive communication and presentation skills, strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Flexible and resourceful in challenging and changing situations
