Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of notable Law Firm in Indonesia. Our respected client is seeking a qualified Senior Associate. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Responsibilities:
- Source M&A target companies
- Collect documents and information on target companies
- Prepare teasers and Information Memorandums
- Communicate with target companies
- Draft LOIs/MOUs
- Conduct legal due diligence
- Draft SPAs (Share Purchase Agreements) and SHAs (Shareholders Agreements)
- Provide closing support
Legal Work
- Conduct legal research on relevant KBLI numbers, required licenses, conditions, and applicable regulations for greenfield investments
- Support the establishment and initial setup of new companies
- Review and draft contracts
- Handle employment matters, including dispute resolution
- Perform other legal research and provide legal solutions
Qualifications
- University degree in law
- 1-3 years of experience in a law firm or M&A practice (not corporate law)
- Business-level English proficiency
- PERADI registration
- Must have an experience in M&A, including stakeholder management with potential clients
