International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading international payment solution company. Our client is seeking a Banking Partnership Manager. This job is based in Ho Chi Minh city.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with new partners to expand the company's business.
- Drive the business with existing partners to increase card issuance, spending volume, and market share.
- Create and implement strategies for introducing the company's new products and services to partners and improving the business environment.
- Gather and exchange information about partners and markets with superiors and internal teams. Propose and carry out necessary actions.
- Conduct research and interviews with partners as requested by Head office and internal teams and present the results along with your insights.
- Assign resources to subordinates appropriately to ensure that allocated tasks are completed efficiently.
- Managing the budget for given assignments.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 7-12 years' experience in banking / financial services industry.
- Business knowledge of card payments, banking, consumer loans and payment schemes.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
