Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational company with a core focus on Paint and Coating. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 10 years' experience in paint and coating in company for the job of Branch Head. The job is based in Cikarang, Indonesia.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Direct report to the National Sales Manager
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the business such as Sales, Logistic, Finance, and Operations
  • Manage the selling system to achieve corporate sales objectives
  • To be involved in setting up the distribution network in their designated area and involved in identifying end user
  • Create a work plan for visit the customer to monitor customer demands and market development
  • Monitor and analyze the development of customer needs, sales plan, and credit
  • To maintain a healthy relationship with existing customers while opening up fresh customers (owner facilities, engineering houses, main contractors, and applicators)
  • Build and maintain good business relationship with customer and make evaluate customer complaints and feedback
  • Effectively coach and develop a high performing team of sales

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical or a related discipline
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience as Branch Head with demonstrated success as a strong performer, specializing in Paint and Coating Industry, Building Chemical.
  • Excellent selling skills, including strong communication/negotiation skill and good approach on customer.
  • Having analytical, problem solving, and organizational abilities
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Strong knowledge of pesticides/plant growth promoters/agro inputs marketing business
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to establish strong internal and external working relationships.
  • Interest in complex data analysis
  • Strong communicator
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
