Executive recruitment Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a premier fast-food chain. Our respective client is looking for a Brand Manager whose role is to provide strategic planning recommendations, e-commerce innovation, competitive promotions, and end-to-end integrated marketing communications campaign to primarily drive the growth acceleration towards market dominance, superior digital user experience, and digital commerce through leadership. This position is on temporary work-from-home, will be reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, and is located in Pasig, Metro Manila.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Directs implementation of product availability, menu, and asset updates across all e-commerce platforms
  • Improve overall In-house Delivery promo strategy and ensure digital couponing capabilities are maximized through audience and segment targeting implemented thru CRM and hinged on e-commerce goals of acquisition, registration, repeat, and revenue growth
  • Shape and reviews consumer insight-driven campaign briefs to ensure top-of-mind awareness for In-house Delivery campaigns
  • Administer the management of assigned categories to achieve long and short-term sales and brand objectives
  • Head start the development of the category visual media calendar and regularly monitors media execution and post-evaluation for ATL, BTL, digital awareness; continues to seek new media channels to drive conversion (SEO, SEM, UAC/app downloads, programmatic and display ads)

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering, Marketing, or any related course
  • At least 3 years work experience in brand management working in an FMCG with E-Commerce and Digital Marketing know-how/exposure
  • Strong business & financial acumen - will be highly involved in data gathering and research activities
  • Consumer-Oriented - strategic and operational analysis of consumer; conducts research, focus group discussions, strategic thinking on consumer preference, demographics, market targets, and others
  • Willing to work in Pasig City
  • Has good interpersonal and communication skills
  • With organizational, strategic, technical, and leadership competencies.
  • Good economic understanding and industry insight (good customer and market orientation)
  • Distinctive communication and presentation skills, strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Flexible and resourceful in challenging and changing situations
