Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a premier distributor of concessionaire wines and liquors in the country. Our respected client is seeking a Brand Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to grow assigned wine and liquor brands. This role will be based at the company's head office in Parañaque and will work closely with commercial, trade, and marketing teams to ensure brand growth, visibility, and market leadership.

Job Summary:


The Brand Manager will drive brand equity and business performance through strategic planning, campaign development, and portfolio management. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in brand marketing and consumer engagement, preferably in premium beverages or FMCG.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement annual brand plans, marketing strategies, and promotional campaigns aligned with sales objectives
  • Manage and grow assigned wine and liquor brands through effective positioning, product launches, and in-store activations
  • Collaborate with trade marketing, sales, and distributor partners to ensure strong brand visibility and consistent execution across channels
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform brand strategies and identify growth opportunities
  • Monitor brand performance using KPIs such as volume, market share, brand health, and ROI
  • Coordinate with suppliers and global brand principals on local adaptation of global campaigns and reporting requirements
  • Prepare and manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources
  • Oversee development of marketing collaterals, digital content, and event activations
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and brand guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in the beverage or FMCG industry
  • Strong understanding of consumer marketing, trade execution, and retail channel dynamics
  • Creative thinker with strong project management and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with premium or imported brands is an advantage
  • Willing to work onsite in Parañaque
