Executive Recruitment Company Monroe Consulting Group's Health Division is partnering with a leading beauty and wellness company in Malaysia. We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual for the position of a Brand Marketing Manager who is looking to develop a meaningful, fulfilling, and rewarding career with our client. You will be responsible in developing and executing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement and sales. This opportunity is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure a cohesive brand message and successful marketing outcomes.
  • Craft and implement a brand strategy in line with company objectives.
  • Oversee the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (digital, social media, print, etc.).
  • Manage brand partnerships, collaborations, and events to enhance reach and visibility.
  • Create engaging marketing materials (brochures, website content, social media posts) that convey our brand message effectively.
  • Perform market research and data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Supervise external agencies and vendors (e.g., advertising, PR, design) to ensure timely and effective marketing execution.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify opportunities for sales and growth.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.
  • Possess at least 5 years of working experience in brand management and marketing, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry.
  • Strong track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • An outgoing, proactive individual with a natural curiosity about the world, adept at identifying trends, current events, and opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication and copywriting skills.
  • Experience in managing external agencies and vendors.
  • Proficient in using marketing analytics tools and software.
  • Passionate about the beauty and wellness industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
